Mat Belcher and CYCA Member Will Ryan have rounded out an amazing 2019 season having been named as a finalist for the 2019 Rolex World Sailor of the Year.

Mat and Will have been a presence on the world 470 scene for a number of years, having moved up the ranks from club sailors and junior champions to Olympic medallists.
