Take your team on the water. The CYCA’s corporate sailing experience puts your group on Sydney Harbour aboard a fleet of race-ready keelboats — one of the most iconic and unique team-building settings in Australia.
Based at our Darling Point Clubhouse, each experience is fully tailored to your group and can include pre or post-sail function space, food and beverage packages from our in-house catering team. Available year-round.

Racing on Sydney Harbour
Your team races on one of the world’s great harbour courses, with a professional skipper on board to guide everyone through it. No experience needed.
Four guests per boat
Groups of up to four sail together on each Elliott 7m keelboat — fast, stable, and genuinely fun to sail regardless of ability.
Food & drinks
Catering and beverage packages through the CYCA’s in-house kitchen and bar. Pre-sail, post-sail or both.
Clubhouse access
Full use of the CYCA Clubhouse — bar, restaurant and waterfront terrace with views across Rushcutters Bay.
Available year-round
Sessions run weekdays and weekends throughout the year, subject to availability.
The fleet. The CYCA owns a fleet of ten identical Elliott 7m keelboats — fast, stable and fun, with an open skiff-style cockpit that makes them easy to sail and ideal for team participation. No sailing experience required.
On The Water
SailPass
All participants in corporate sailing experiences must either be a member of a yacht club or hold a valid SailPass. SailPass is available at the CYCA at no charge and includes personal injury insurance cover through Australian Sailing.
