To maintain the successful running of the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, there are many individuals and volunteers who work tirelessly as part of the Board and Committees overseeing different aspects of Club life.

In conjunction with the Board and Committees, the Club’s By-Laws and Constitution are set to outline the rules and regulation which the Club, Members and Employees must follow.
