The CYCA Youth Sailing Academy School Holiday Course is an ideal introduction to keelboat sailing for sailors aged 13–18.
Conducted four times a year during school holiday periods, each course runs for four days using the YSA’s fleet of Elliott 7m keelboats, crewed by five sailors with an on-board instructor.
No experience is required — the course caters for sailors ranging from complete beginners through to those with some dinghy or keelboat experience.

Participants must be at least 13 years old on the first day of the course.
Lesson times: 0900–1600hrs each day

SailPass
All sailors who aren’t already a member of a sailing club must hold a valid SailPass before participating. SailPass is available at the CYCA at no charge and includes personal injury insurance cover through Australian Sailing.
