Sharp EIT’s progression as a sponsor of the CYCA as seen them support Club racing series and youth sailing activities as well as supplying the Club with all our printers, copiers, and are in the process of developing a new software system for the Sailing Office to streamline race documentation.

Sharp EIT first began their quest into sailing as the naming rights sponsor to the Australian Youth Match Racing Championship, which was awarded to the CYCA from 2016 to 2018. Over this period, the event flourished, with participation increasing as well as the number of States represented. Over those three years, the CYCA also began to dominate the competition, winning each year, plus in 2018, took out all podium positions, a first for a Club.

Their support then continued as they became a ‘Boat Sponsor’ for the YSA at the end of 2018 as well as becoming the naming right sponsor to the Monday Night Twilight series in 2019.
