Our latest Redevelopment update as per Offshore magazine June/July

The first stage of the Club redevelopment has been completed with the opening of the John Messenger Building. This refurbished building includes the Sailing Office, Administration offices, Board rooms, Members bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities.

With this first stage complete the focus has moved on to the main Club House and the Annex. With work starting soon after the 2017 Rolex Sydney Hobart Race the Temporary Club House was created to enable keep the CYCA working as usual. The temporary Club House is located on the Hardstand with fully functioning bar, kitchen, bistro, members area and outdoor seating.

The new Club House will be state of the art with more space for members to be able to enjoy the Clubs location and environment. Floor plans of the ground and first floor are shown below, click the images to view details.
