Members are invited to join us for two sessions on Sunday 4 June and Saturday 17 June to explain a proposed minor change to the marina berth allocations at the Club.
Two community engagement sessions will be held at the Club to explain the proposed change to the marina berth allocations. The proposed amendments do not involve any structural modifications to the CYCA marina or the relocation of pontoons.
An application to Council, intends to amend DA 441/09 and proposes lease modifications to six (6) existing berthing areas as follows:
- Allocation of two (2) berths on the outside of A-Arm;
- Allocation of a new (1) Club berth on the internal, eastern side of A-Arm; and
- Redesignation of three (3) berths from ‘Casual’ to ‘Long-Term’ berths on the eastern end of D-Arm.
Each information session will include a walkthrough of the two areas impacted and provide a more detailed explanation of the changes and key assessments conducted.
