The Club Marine Ocean Pointscore will commence on Saturday 16 September 2023. The series consists of eight races including trips to each of Lion Island, Botany Bay and Port Hacking and Day One of the MHYC SSORC.

This series is perfect for the yachtsperson who wants to do various ocean races without the pressure of having to compete in the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race. A Spring Pointscore and an Autumn Pointscore will conducted within the Club Marine Ocean Pointscore. The Spring Pointscore will comprise all races held prior to Christmas. The Autumn Pointscore will comprise all races held after Christmas.
Competitors competing in the Club Marine Ocean Pointscore require a Special Regulations Audit of Category 4.
