The Royal Volunteer Coastal Patrol has implemented new Offshore Tracking Procedures as introduced by the NSW State Rescue Board from 1 December 2008. Offshore Tracking is an important boating safety service provided at no cost by volunteer marine rescue organisations to the boating community.
