Applications for Invitation for entry are now invited for the Mount Gay Rum Top Jocks Regatta (Champion of Champions) from winners in each division of the Summer Series Pointscore fleets. Whether you sailed in the Mount Gay Monday Twilights, the Grant Thornton Short Haul or Short Ocean Pointscores, the Blue Water and Ocean Pointscores, and you have achieved a place, then you are eligible to enter (priority will be given to first place getters).

The Mount Gay Rum Top Jocks Regatta will be conducted on Saturday 21 March 2009 and is designed to find the ‘Champion of Champions’ and is sailed on the YSA fleet of Elliott 6’s to ensure a level playing field.

The Mount Gay Rum Top Jocks regatta is a fun day of fleet racing that will be conducted in a best-of 6 race series with each race counting towards the overall regatta pointscore.  Crew must consist of at least one sailor who has sailed with the summer series boat and can then be made up of YSA sailors or summer series crew members (up to a maximum weight limit of 272kgs).
