Chris Rockell has become the first CYCA member to introduce and propose a new member to the club as part of the newly launched Membership Promotion. Chris joined the CYCA in 2002 and is a long standing crew member on board AFR Midnight Rambler. He has proposed John Whitfield as a member of the club. John is also a long standing crew member on board AFR Midnight Rambler and competed in 13 Sydney Hobart Yacht Races.
Once John’s application is approved by the Board and he becomes a financial member of the CYCA both he and Chris gain one entry each into the prize draw of an ultra luxury 9 night, all inclusive Silversea’s Silver Shadow cruise along the Inside Passage to Alaska for two people including return economy class airfares from Sydney, valued at $28,000.

Current Members of the CYCA who are qualified to propose new members to the categories of Full, Country, or Overseas membership between 13 March 2009 – 31 October 2009, will go into the draw to win this amazing prize.
