Final Reminder for the Member Information Evening, Tuesday 18 November, 7pm

On behalf of the Board of Directors, and members of the CYCA Site Redevelopment committee, I would like to extend to you the opportunity to attend a member information evening on Tuesday 18 November where our architects, Allen Jack & Cottier, will present concept plans being developed as part of the long term strategic plan for the club premises.
 
The agenda of the information evening will be as follows:
 
7:00pm – Welcome and background brief by Commodore Matt Allen
7:15pm
 – Presentation on site analysis, concept plans and consultation with Land Owners and Woollahra Council to date
8:00pm
 – Question and answers
8:30pm – Close and Commodores Shout

 
The objective of the evening is not to seek authority to proceed with the project, rather to begin a process of consultation with members so you have the opportunity to understand the concepts being developed and have your say before the board attempts to seek land owner consent and proceed with the lodgement of a development application with Woollahra Council.
 
The long term strategic development of the premises is one of the most important issues currently on your boards agenda.  I encourage you to attend and participate in the forum.
