On Friday 23rd May, CYCA CEO Mark Woolf was honoured to accept the 2008 Pride of Workmanship Award from the Rotary Club of Sydney Cove on behalf of the Management and Staff of the club. The award was presented in recognition of the efforts made by the management and staff in assisting to make the annual Rotary Club of Sydney Cove Charity Regatta such a huge success each year.

Planning for the 2008 event is well under way and has been confirmed to be held on Friday 14 November. Members should make a diary note to make themselves and their yachts available on that day. Monies raised are donated to a number of charities, with the largest beneficiary being the Sydney Children’s Hospital.
