Penny Evans from Kansas USA, the owner and skipper of Moonlight Lady attended the Members Badge Draw last Thursday night.  An exchange of Club Burgees took place with the Cruising Captain John Keelty representing CYCA and Penny, Lake Stockton Yacht Club Missouri.  Thank you to all those CYCA members who made Penny feel welcome to our Club. – John Keelty
