Information Evening – Making sailing easy
Join us at 1830hrs on Tuesday 19 July for an Information Evening with Bruce Clark and Jan Scholten on how to make sailing easier and more enjoyable.
Bruce is a Director of Sydney Rigging Specialists and was Sailing Master on Black Jack as Peter Harburg’s Reichel/Pugh 100 won Line Honours in the 2021 Rolex Sydney Hobart.
Jan, from Selden Masts, won the Rolex Sydney Hobart’s inaugural Two-Handed Division on handicap, alongside Jules Hall on Disko Trooper_Contender Sailcloth.
The pair will have multiple displays in the room, including a Selden rig to show multiple sail handling options.
This Information Evening will be valuable for all boat owners, but particularly anyone who cruises shorthanded.
Bruce and Jan will provide expert insight on cruising with multi-purpose spinnakers, as well as in-mast furling and in-boom furling.
