This Australia Day, a large fleet took on the Botany Bay Race, which comprised the City of Sydney Cup – part of the 187th Australia Day Regatta – and the CYCA’s various pointscores.

The race started in a light 6-7kt nor’easter on Sydney Harbour, with a 10-13kt easterly as much of the fleet rounded the turning mark near Botany Bay.

The race featured competitors across the City of Sydney Cup, Short Haul Pointscore, Short Ocean Pointscore, Ocean Pointscore, Combined Pointscore and Two-Handed Pointscore.
