30-Year CYCA Member Michael Coxon steered Smeg to third place, while CYCA Member Harry Price and YSA Alumni Harry Hall were fourth on Rag & Famish Hotel, 30-Year Member Sean Langman’s Big Pete was fifth and Life Member John Winning AM’s Yandoo was sixth.
Also in the top 10 were CYCA Member Marcus Ashley-Jones (Lazarus Capital), YSA Alumni Jeronimo Harrison (Lazarus), YSA Alumni Henry Larkings (Balmain Slake) and Member Andy Martin (Black Knight).

Herman (Winning Jr) and Woody (Winning Sr) are the only father-and-son winning skippers of the JJ Giltinan Championship.
This was a 10th world championship win for Jarvin (eight as skipper and two as sheet hand), while Andoo bowman Newton is now an eight-time winner.
Jarvin and Newton were among a strong contingent of YSA graduates/members competing. Others included: Cam Gundy (Marine Outlet), Nathan McNamara (Noakes Blue) and the Lazarus Youth trio of Hugo Stoner, Hugo Leeming and Hamish Vass.
