The CYCA Board advises a special-purpose Two-Handed Working Group has been established comprising Past Commodore Kerry Roxburgh AM (Chair), Past Commodore & Life Member David Kellett AM, and Life Member Peter Shipway.

The Board has provided The Two-Handed Working Group with its Terms of Reference and the objective over the next twelve months to make a recommendation to the Board regarding the eligibility of two-handed yachts to compete for the Club’s most prestigious trophies.

This includes the Tattersall Cup, John H. Illingworth Challenge Cup, Jane Tate Memorial Trophy, Peter Rysdyk Trophy (Noakes Sydney Gold Coast) and Audi Centre Sydney Blue Water Pointscore trophies.

The Working Group invites submissions from interested parties and will hold consultation sessions and individual discussions with relevant stakeholders to form a consensus view, with the object of reporting their findings prior to 1 July 2022.

The Working Group now invites any persons (including CYCA members, non-members and others) to register your interest in making a submission.

Where appropriate, the CYCA will coordinate and confirm arrangements for those requesting a meeting with the Working Group.
