Ingredients
- 3 cups (750ml) milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 90g honey, plus extra to serve
- 1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind
- 80g semolina
- 35g walnuts, toasted and chopped
- Greek style thick yoghurt, to serve
Method
- Place the milk, vanilla, honey and orange rind in a medium saucepan over high heat.
- Bring to the boil and add the semolina in a steady stream, whisking continuously.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
- Divide the porridge between bowls and top with the walnuts, yoghurt and extra honey to serve.
