Recipe inspiration – orange, honey and walnut semolina porridge

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (750ml) milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 90g honey, plus extra to serve
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind
  • 80g semolina
  • 35g walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • Greek style thick yoghurt, to serve

Method

  1. Place the milk, vanilla, honey and orange rind in a medium saucepan over high heat.
  2. Bring to the boil and add the semolina in a steady stream, whisking continuously.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
  4. Divide the porridge between bowls and top with the walnuts, yoghurt and extra honey to serve.
