Recipe inspiration – Mount Gay hot buttered rum

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 60ml Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon sugar
  • Pinch of ground Nutmeg
  • 100mL hot water
  • 1 Cinnamon stick

Method

  1. Add ingredients into a tall glass with a handle
  2. Stir to dissolve butter
  3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
