A 25 knot NE breeze forecast led to lower-than-normal entrants for 11 February’s Race 11 in the Monday Twilight series, and with a beautiful sunny afternoon and 18-20 knot nor ‘easter eventuating, the racing was fast and furious.

Divisional winners included Phil Tomkins’ Adrenalin in IRC Div1, and Mark Michalowsky’s Carla M and George Waldthausen’s Superfine in PHS Divs 1 and 2 respectively.

With the series moving towards the pointy end, PHS Div1 is currently topped by Greg Mason’s Sinewave with only one point to second place, PHS Div2 sees Anthony Booths’s Selkie six points ahead of a three-way tie for second place and at the top in IRC is Darryl Hodgkinson’s Victoire, which also sits six points clear of Adrian Abbott’s Kirribilli.
