Whilst we can’t go sailing and our gyms remain closed, it is a very important time for us all to keep our bodies active and healthy as best we can. Thanks to our super talented Sailing Office Member Tara Fraser, we will be releasing three ‘at-home workouts’ designed specifically for our Members to push your limits in the comfort of your home.
Three different programs will cater for all skill and strength levels. From our beginner program, focusing on stretching and conditioning through to an advanced program which will surely get your blood pumping! All programs are designed to use your body weight and at home furniture as equipment.
A special shout out to Jess Grimes from the CYCA Youth Sailing Academy who will demonstrate each exercise in the workout clips below!

More about Tara
Before joining the CYCA team, Tara gained a Certificate III & IV in Fitness, alongside a Level 1 in Strength and Conditioning. Tara was the Head Trainer at two F45 studios as well as spearheaded her own small studio for small group and 1-1 personal training. Tara has also worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the Northern Suburbs Rugby Club and within the AFL.
