In light of the current situation with the bushfires devastating NSW, Above and Beyond Boating is organising a family day for Rural Fire Service volunteers to spend a day together on the water. We are looking for boat owners to take families out for a day to bring the boating and RFS communities together.

Every boat we can source for this day allows us to invite another family for a much-needed day away from the front line devastation and a chance to enjoy being out on a boat together.

The families will come to either Middle Harbour Yacht Club in Sydney Harbour, the Royal Motor Yacht Club in Pittwater, or Lake Macquarie Yacht Club in Belmont. Vessels will pickup guests either at the dock or via a tender near the pickup location at around 1000hrs.

Boats will then head out for the day and, depending on the forecast, we will select an anchorage to moor up and have some fun.

Expressions of interest are also being collected to donate boats for future events in Queensland and more locations later in 2020.
