As part of the ongoing move to greater transparency, the Board would like to hear Members views at the second “Town Hall” meeting on Thursday 30 May 2019.
By way of background, the Board believes it is too long to wait 12 months to hear questions formally put at the AGM (with little opportunity to have a discussion around them) and so will hold a Q&A/discussion session between AGMs to check in with Members (including Associates).
There is no formal agenda, but the Commodore expects to talk a little about the following:
- Summary of results from the recent members survey
- Budget for the current year and results from last
- Update on timing and impact of capital works program
- Members feedback on priorities for the next Board
