Crew Connect is a free evening event hosted by the CYCA that brings together boat owners and crew in one room. Whether you’re a Skipper looking to fill spots on your boat, or a sailor ready to get on the water, Crew Connect is where those connections happen.
Held several times throughout the year ahead of key racing series, each event is open to Members, competitors and anyone interested in getting involved in sailing at the CYCA, no experience required.

What to Expect
Each Crew Connect runs for approximately two hours in the CYCA Clubhouse. It’s a relaxed, social evening — come along, have a drink, meet the sailing community and leave with a plan for the season ahead. Entry is always free.
