The Blond Catering team has been hard at work during lockdown, finalising the new Spring/Summer menu for Cafe 44.
With the CYCA Clubhouse set to reopen on Monday 11 October, Members and their guests will soon be able to enjoy old favourites and new additions as we return to in-person dining.
The classics are back: beer battered flat head fillets, panko and herb crumbed chicken schnitzel, and a 220g chargrilled grass-fed sirloin steak.
There is also a twist on the popular pan-fried barramundi, which is now served with fried zucchini, tomatoes, olives, chickpeas, lemon and thyme butter.
If you’re looking for a light lunch on the warmer days, try the poached tiger prawn and watermelon salad, with pickled daikon, fennel, sesame and ponzu.
With vegetarian options, burgers, pizzas, sharing plates and fresh seafood dishes also on the menu, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
