Onshore Edition 109 - Monday 6 March
Message from the CEO

Last week we reviewed various options for finishes proposed for the refurbished Clubhouse reception, bars, function areas and bathrooms, as well as the new offices and Members‘ change room facilities in the Annex. Work on the Annex will hopefully start by June at the latest, with work on the Clubhouse itself commencing in January 2018.

More detailed Member communications about the refurbishment will be provided shortly in a special edition of Onshore.

The recent heavy rain resulted in a number of significant leaks with the most public one negatively impacting on the bistro counter. The food heat lamp has been removed pending successful repairs to the source of the leaking ceiling to which it is attached. Hopefully the offending part of the roof has now been fixed and the ceiling can be replaced and the lamp reattached. It has been challenging for Blond Catering to keep cooked food warm in the meantime and we apologise for any impacts on service during this time.

SYDNEY HARBOUR REGATTA

Included in Onshore this week is a report from Nadine Emsley on last weekend’s Sydney Harbour Regatta. Our CYCA race committee managed the offshore Course Area I.
